On the afternoon of May 11, 2019, Ningbo Yongjia held a training session on the "Fundamentals of IATF16949." More than 50 participants attended the training, including middle-level managers from various departments of the company, key personnel from different business units, as well as workshop directors and team leaders. The trainer for this session was Vice President Xing Shancai, who has been in charge of quality management for many years and possesses extensive practical experience with both the ISO 90001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. During the session, Mr. Xing provided detailed explanations on the background, development history, scope of application, objectives, benefits of implementing IATF 16949, and the documentation requirements of the IATF 16949 quality system.

On May 6, the 2018 Advanced Workers’ Commendation Conference and the 4th “Yaoxi Workers’ Voice” Literary and Artistic Performance, hosted by the trade union of Mazhu Town, Yuyao City, were solemnly held at the Mazhu Town Cultural and Sports Center. The venue was brilliantly lit, and more than 400 cadres and workers from grassroots trade unions across the town attended the event. The conference began with the commendation of outstanding grassroots trade unions, advanced units, and outstanding workers in Mazhu Town. Zhou Tong, Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, gave high praise to the outstanding workers for their contributions in 2018. Our company’s employee, Comrade Shen Dandan, was honored with the title of Outstanding Worker for 2018. On April 29, 2019, the Technical Seminar for Vehicle Triangle Warning Signs was solemnly held in Chongqing. Ningbo Yongjia Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a well-known manufacturer of triangle warning signs, was invited to attend this grand event. The seminar was organized by the China Quality Certification Centre, and attended by representatives from the State Administration for Market Regulation’s National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the Traffic Management Science Research Institute of Wuxi under the Ministry of Public Security, relevant leaders from the China Quality Certification Centre and its testing centers, as well as representatives from major domestic vehicle manufacturers and companies specializing in the production of triangle warning signs for motor vehicles. On April 15, 2019, the 125th China Import and Export Fair—commonly known as the Canton Fair or Guangzhou Fair—opened as scheduled. Founded in the spring of 1957, the Canton Fair is currently China’s longest-running, highest-level, largest-scale, most comprehensive international trade event, boasting the widest variety of products, the greatest number of participating buyers and sellers, and the best trade results. This year’s fair has been adjusted from a single session divided into two phases to a single session divided into three phases. The fair will be held in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5. Each phase’s exhibition period has been shortened from six days to five days, with an additional three-day period for booth removal. All three phases will take place at the Pazhou Complex of the Canton Fair. Every session of the Canton Fair sees Ningbo Yongjia sending representatives to participate.

On March 30, 2019, Ningbo Yongjia held a “Quality Awareness” training session. Xing Shancai, the company’s Deputy General Manager for Quality, delivered an engaging and insightful lecture. More than 50 managers from the Quality Management Department, self-inspection personnel from various workshops, and team leaders attended the training. Deputy General Manager Xing explained the profound significance of products and quality, using real-life examples to highlight the importance of quality and the dangers of low-quality products. He also analyzed and calculated the internal and external cost losses caused by quality issues. Participants gained a deep understanding of how quality problems impose substantial additional costs on enterprises and realized that quality is the key to ensuring profits—and is, in fact, the very foundation of enterprise success.
