As a manufacturing enterprise, safe production has always been the top priority at Ningbo Yongjia. While focusing on production, the company places great emphasis on safety management, ensuring safe production by taking hazard identification as the starting point, providing robust safety training and education as a safeguard, adopting a “zero tolerance” approach to potential hazards, and implementing “zero violations” in operational procedures—all aimed at achieving “zero” injuries in safety. In 2019, we will launch a campaign for safe production.

We must uphold the guiding principle of prioritizing safety, emphasizing prevention as the primary approach, and adopting comprehensive management in production safety. Prioritizing safety is the soul of prevention-oriented and comprehensive management; emphasizing prevention is the fundamental path to achieving safety first. Only by placing the focus of production safety on establishing a robust system for preventing potential hazards and taking preventive measures in advance can we effectively reduce accidents, minimize losses, and ensure safe production. Since the beginning of the year, Ningbo Yongjia has been earnestly implementing safety measures. All departments, workshops, warehouses, and cafeterias are required to conduct regular self-inspections for safety. The Production Department carries out unannounced safety inspections of various workshops from time to time. Meanwhile, the General Office continuously strengthens comprehensive safety inspections and, in conjunction with the 7S inspection system, promptly identifies risk sources and swiftly eliminates any potential safety hazards.

Update our mindset, raise awareness, and lead by example. Ensure that every employee in the company clearly understands and masters the safety requirements within their respective job responsibilities, complies with all rules, regulations, and labor discipline, and adopts the principle of "not harming oneself." , Do no harm to others , Not to be harmed by others , Protect others from harm and “No accidents around me.” , My work philosophy is “No mistakes in my position.” From... 2 Starting this month, all newly hired employees are required to familiarize themselves with the safety production operating procedures for their respective positions while learning their job responsibilities. 3 At the beginning of the month, we will conduct fire safety drills and occupational safety training for all employees, enabling them to enhance their awareness of occupational safety and reinforce the principle that safety comes first.

Leverage technological tools to support safe production. Relying on technology to promote safe production and letting technology serve as a reliable safeguard for safety is an important aspect of safety management. By harnessing the development of artificial intelligence, we can introduce automated equipment into companies, achieving automation—and even full automation—to reduce the risk of injury to personnel caused by machinery.

Safety responsibility is as heavy as Mount Tai. In our future management efforts, we will continue to enhance employees’ safety awareness, standardize safe production operation techniques, and actively prevent violations and non-compliance. We will truly foster a positive corporate atmosphere where “production may be busy, but safety is never forgotten.”
