Notice on Regulating Security Personnel’s Conduct and Protecting the Human Rights of Employees and Relevant Parties
To all employees, suppliers, and customers:
To further implement the requirements set forth in the company’s documents on human rights and social responsibility, effectively safeguard the legitimate human rights of the company’s employees as well as relevant parties such as suppliers and customers, and foster a work and collaborative environment that is safe, respectful, and fair, the company now establishes clear guidelines governing the conduct of security personnel. As an essential force in maintaining the company’s order, security personnel must strictly abide by applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies, and any behavior that violates human rights is strictly prohibited.
If security personnel engage in any of the following human rights violations (including, but not limited to), company employees and relevant parties have the right to refuse service on the spot and file a complaint through the designated channels. The company will conduct a thorough investigation into each complaint. Once verified, the responsible individuals will be strictly disciplined in accordance with company regulations, with no tolerance whatsoever.
1. Strictly prohibit any acts of restricting personal freedom, searching bodies, or insulting and physically assaulting others.
Security personnel shall not, in any way, restrict others’ freedom of movement, including but not limited to unlawful detention or forced confinement. It is strictly prohibited to search another person’s body without legal authorization. Security personnel must not violate others’ personal dignity and physical safety through insulting remarks, discriminatory comments, or physical assault, harassment, or threats.
II. Strictly prohibit the seizure or confiscation of documents and property.
Security personnel are not authorized to arbitrarily detain or confiscate the legal documents (such as ID cards, work permits, driver’s licenses, etc.) and personal belongings (such as mobile phones, wallets, and personal items) of employees and personnel from related parties. If special work requirements necessitate temporary storage of such items, the consent of the individual concerned must be obtained voluntarily, and formal registration procedures must be followed. Moreover, such items may not be forcibly retained or held for extended periods; they must be promptly returned upon completion of the task.
3. Strictly prohibit any acts that infringe upon privacy or disclose confidential information.
During the course of their duties—such as monitoring and management, factory patrols, and other related tasks—security personnel shall strictly protect personal privacy and must not arbitrarily disseminate or disclose information about others’ private activities in the company’s public areas (such as private conversations or daily life scenes). At the same time, they must strictly comply with the company’s confidentiality regulations and may not disclose any trade secrets, employees’ personal information (such as ID numbers and contact details), or customer-related confidential information obtained in the course of their work.
4. Harassing employees and personnel from related parties is strictly prohibited.
During working hours and in work-related settings, security personnel shall not engage in any form of harassment toward company employees or personnel from related parties. Specifically, this includes—but is not limited to—harassing employees through provocative, insulting, or vulgar remarks or written communications (such as private messages or comments); disrupting others’ normal work and daily life by means of inappropriate physical contact (such as deliberately bumping into them or touching their private parts), stalking, or frequent harassment; taking advantage of their position to make unreasonable demands on employees through threats or coercion, or retaliating against employees who refuse to comply.
5. Strictly prohibit demanding property or valuables.
During the performance of their duties—such as entrance and exit inspections, vehicle clearance, and registration of goods entering and leaving—the security personnel shall not, under any pretext or in any form, solicit money or benefits from employees, suppliers, customers, or other relevant parties. This specifically includes, but is not limited to: directly requesting cash or WeChat payments. / Alipay transfers, gifts, and negotiable securities (such as shopping cards and stocks); under the pretext of “helping out,” “simplifying procedures,” or “avoiding inspections,” subtly suggesting or coercing relevant parties to provide money or valuables, treat others to meals, or pay service fees.
To ensure the effective implementation of the above-mentioned guidelines, the company has established a dedicated complaint channel to accept supervision and feedback from employees and relevant parties.

We hope that all security personnel will strictly comply with the requirements set forth in this notice. We also welcome active participation from all employees, suppliers, and customers in jointly monitoring and safeguarding the company’s orderly and positive environment.
