The fragrance of golden osmanthus fills the air, refreshing and deeply soothing. On this crisp, clear day, a tour bus filled with laughter and cheerful chatter set off from the company bound for “the Buddhist Paradise by the Sea”—Mount Putuo. The long-awaited two-day pilgrimage to Mount Putuo was finally beginning. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city and shedding the stress of work, everyone felt incredibly relaxed and joyful. Everyone shed their work uniforms and donned comfortable sportswear, looking even younger and more energetic.

For this event, we divided into five teams: the Gratitude Team, the Awareness Team, the Reciprocity Team, the Caring Team, and the Warm-Hearted Team. The team captains and vice-captains were responsible for logistical support and counting the number of participants. This was a warm and welcoming family, and along the way, everyone shared stories and laughter.  

Shortly after 5 a.m. on October 18, while many were still fast asleep, our colleagues excitedly gathered early in the hotel lobby—more than half an hour ahead of the tour guide’s announced meeting time. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we boarded the cruise ship bound for Putuo Mountain. As soon as we stepped off the ship, we were greeted by lush, verdant trees everywhere, and the island was filled with the refreshing scent of fresh air. Slowing down our pace, we savored every corner of this picturesque landscape, feeling as if we’d stepped into a fairyland. Led by our tour guide, we visited, one after another, the Nanhai Guanyin Statue, the Kebu Qu Guanyin Temple, Pujie Temple, Huiji Temple, Fayu Temple, and Qianbu Beach. The temples here stand tall and majestic, adorned in golden splendor; their sacred chants linger in the air, and the Buddhist statues exude solemnity. At each temple, our colleagues clasped their hands together, silently praying for the good health of their families and the thriving success of their companies.  

Beautiful moments always seem to pass so quickly. Our trip to Putuo Mountain has come to an end. As we carefully savor the memories of this journey, we’re already starting to prepare for the next round of work. We believe that each of us will approach our tasks with even greater energy and heightened enthusiasm, dedicating our full efforts to Yongjia and working together to build this big family.
