How can we achieve customer satisfaction? Understanding customer needs and respecting customer requirements are Yongjia’s interpretations of customer satisfaction.
 
Starting from July 18, 2020, every Saturday afternoon, the company will organize more than 20 key personnel from departments including the Technology Department, Quality Management Department, Commercial Department, Production Department, and Procurement & Logistics Department to learn product-related knowledge and gain an understanding of the different requirements that various customers have for our products.
