As the leading enterprise in Chongqing’s automotive logistics industry, Xie Shikang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Chang’an Minsheng Logistics, delivered a keynote speech titled “Cooperation Drives Innovation for Transformation; Smart Sharing Leads the Future” on behalf of automotive logistics companies. He pointed out that, in the face of the “four transformations” in the automotive industry and as we embrace the new “five transformations” in automotive logistics, third-party logistics still have tremendous room for growth. Chang’an Minsheng Logistics is currently implementing a “One Core, Two Wings” transformation and upgrade strategy, advancing the “Three Transformations, One Leadership” (3310) action plan. By developing three major industries and enhancing four key capabilities, the company aims to build a service offering characterized by “cost savings, time efficiency, and peace of mind—plus value-added services,” thereby striving to establish Chang’an Minsheng Logistics as a first-class, smart logistics platform service provider that customers can confidently entrust with their needs and deeply rely on.
On the topic of “Industry Overview—Transformation and Trends,” guests including Shen Jinjun, President of the China Automobile Dealers Association; Qiu Feng, Chairman of FAW Logistics; Gu Guangming, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Special Freight; Zhong Zhiyong, General Manager of Fengshen Logistics; and Shi Jinggang, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chang’an Minsheng Logistics, engaged in a lively exchange with the representatives in the audience. Among them, Shi Jinggang discussed together with industry representatives the transformations and trends shaping automotive logistics. Regarding how to effectively implement the concept of “Openness, Innovation, and Sharing,” Shi Jinggang summarized it in eight characters: “Form alliances, connect horizontally, enhance quality, and boost efficiency.” Under the pressure brought by the downturn in the automotive market and the challenging external economic environment, the automotive logistics industry can only respond effectively by actively undergoing transformation, vigorously pursuing innovation, and fostering open cooperation. “Forming alliances” means joining forces with automakers to smooth out logistics channels and integrate the industrial chain; “Connecting horizontally” means collaborating closely with partners across various industries, building mutual trust, seizing opportunities amid change, and moving forward collectively. Only by achieving both horizontal alliances and vertical integration can we truly enhance quality and boost efficiency.

The event also saw the launch of the Yunlian Alliance. — The launch ceremony for the strategic partnership of the automotive supply chain sharing service platform was held. All parties involved will uphold the principles of co-construction, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation. By innovating through platform-based, shared, and alliance-driven models, they will fully leverage their respective strengths. Leveraging blockchain technology as the core, they are committed to building this platform into a leading shared service platform for the automotive logistics industry.
