To strengthen team cohesion, Ningbo Yongjia regularly organizes various team-building activities. On October 15, 2019, we visited a picturesque farm to participate in a persimmon-picking activity.

Bathing in the warm sunshine, everyone felt especially warm and joyful. During the picking process, family members worked together harmoniously, filling the entire farm with laughter and cheerful chatter. With everyone united and full of energy, each person was deeply immersed in the joy of the harvest, making the scene vibrant and bustling with enthusiasm.

This event not only demonstrates the company’s care for its employees but also strengthens the bonds of friendship among them, fostering emotional connections between the company and its employees, among employees themselves, and between employees and nature.
